The online stores had seen it right, this is the April 28th that SnowRunner will launch on PC, Xbox One and PS4. Officially, SnowRunner Season 8 has a summer release window according to the Year 2 Pass road map. Given that Season 7 Compete & Conquer launched on 31 May, we expect Season 8 to be released at the end of August or early September.
However, new SnowRunner seasons are normally launched every three months. As you may know, the game was originally named Spintires: Mudrunner 2 but the publisher decided to rebrand the game to SnowRunner. In a community update, Saber Interactive has confirmed that SnowRunner Season 7 Compete & Conquer will launch on 31 May on all platforms. Saber Interactive has not announced the SnowRunner Season 8 release date yet. Back in August 2019, the developer Saber Interactive and the publisher Focus Home Interactive officially announced SnowRunner, a brand new instalment in their off-road driving simulation series.
